Teams are organized and led by The Mandate staff and include people and churches from all over the country. Individuals can sign up on an open trip and churches may contact The Mandate to plan and coordinate a trip specifically for their church group. Each trip schedule depends on team composition and the needs of the ministry in the country they will be serving in. The Mandate wants to use each team’s gifts, heart, and passion. That is why we try to create the trip according to the dynamics of the team and the needs of the ministry.

The Mandate short-term trips are 8-10 day trips that allows people to take a week and go on mission. The cost is the BASE PRICE + AIRFARE. The BASE PRICE includes all of the in country expenses (transportation, meals, accommodations, entry fees, visas, etc.). The AIRFARE is the price we get at the time we book the trip with the airlines. The Mandate books all airfare in house to ensure each team member is on the same flights. OTHER COSTS include your travel meals (to and from airport, airport meals), and any souvenirs you might buy.
